Job Description
Candidate with 8+years of Real Estate Accounting Experience in Bengaluru Market is must.
As a Senior Accountant, you will manage the companys financial operations, contracts, and purchases, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting:
- Oversee financial transactions (AP/AR), maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Taxation:
- Handle taxation (GST, income tax), file tax returns, and stay updated on tax regulations.
Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data, prepare reports (income statements, balance sheets), and provide recommendations.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, monitor performance.
Audit & Compliance:
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensure regulatory compliance, including RERA requirements.
Contracts & Purchases:
- Oversee financial aspects of contracts and purchase agreements, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to review contract terms and manage vendor payments.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor junior finance staff, providing support and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (Masters/CPA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, contracts, and purchases, must in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, RERA, and proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
