Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur, RJ for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include budget management, financial forecasting, tax preparation, and regulatory reporting. The role also involves analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights for decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the organization's financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations is preferred
