KeyResponsibilities:

1. Managedailyaccountingoperationsincludingbookkeeping,bankreconciliations,and financial reportingusing Zoho Books
2. Proper deduction of taxes for Salary and Vendor Payments.
3. Assistinpreparation and filing ofGST(GTSR1 & GTSR-3B)and TDS(Form 24Q, 26Q,27Q).
4. Followupwithclientsonoutstandingpaymentstoensuretimelycollections.
5. Calculation and Process monthly Payroll including PF and TDS.
6. Assist withSoftexfilings and coordinate with banks for EPDMS submissions. Support in preparing and reconciling books during tax filings along with external auditors.
7. Prepareandanalyze monthly financialreports, includingcashflow,budgeting,andforecasting, to support financial planning and stability.

RequiredSkills&Qualifications:

• 4-5years of Minimumworkexperience(excluding internship)withKnowledgeinZohoBooks,Payrollprocessing,GST,PFandTDSfilings.
• StrongEnglishcommunicationskillsandabilitytocoordinatewithinternationalclients.
• Provenexperienceinhandlingbankingtransactions,especiallyforeignpaymentsandreconciliation
• Solidunderstandingofaccountingprinciplesandfinancialreportingstandards.
• ExpertiseinZohoBooksformanagingaccounts,invoicing,reconciliations,andreporting.
• Highattentiontodetailwithafocusonmaintainingaccuratefinancialrecords.
• Proficiencyin MS Excel, MSWordand other standard accounting tools, in addition to Zohoapplication.
