Senior Accountant/Auditor

We are inviting applications from Accountants/Auditors who have functional exposure to ERP systems as end users and are willing to transition into a functional consulting role.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional ERP solutions
• Configure ERP modules (Finance, Accounting, HR, etc.) based on requirements
• Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements
• Coordinate with technical teams for customization and development
• Perform system testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
• Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and user manuals
• Ensure alignment of ERP solutions with business processes

Eligibility Criteria Option 1: ERP Functional Consultant

• 4+ years of experience in ERP functional consulting
• Experience in modules such as Finance, Accounting, HR, or Supply Chain
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows

Option 2: Accountant / Auditor (ERP User Experience)

• 4+ years of experience in Accounting/Auditing roles
• Hands-on experience working with any ERP system (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
• Strong functional knowledge of accounting processes (AP, AR, GL, Taxation, etc.)
• Interest in transitioning to a functional consulting role

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial Accounting
• General Ledger, AP, AR
• Taxation and compliance
• Auditing principles
• Hands-on experience using any ERP system (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
• Good understanding of business processes and workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as an ERP Functional Consultant
• Experience in ERP implementation projects
• Exposure to multiple ERP systems is an advantage
• Understanding of integration between finance and other modules (HR, Inventory, Procurement)
