Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager, based in Vadodara. The Senior Account Manager will oversee client account management, strengthening relationships while ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The role involves developing strategies for client growth, preparing contracts and proposals, meeting sales targets, and acting as the primary point of contact for client communications. The Senior Account Manager will also support cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer retention.
- Strong skills in negotiation, contract management, and business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of the solar energy industry, project management, and renewable energy technologies is preferred.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools for managing clients and projects.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
