About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Programmatic Media Specialist with deep, hands-on experience in managing end-to-end programmatic advertising campaigns. This role requires mastery of industry-leading DSPs such as The Trade Desk, Xandr, and Amazon DSP, as well as strong command over ad serving, tracking, and brand safety tools including CM360 and Integral Ad Science (IAS).

As a senior member of our media team, you will be responsible for leading the execution and performance of programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, while also supporting creative trafficking, pacing, and forecasting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign efficiency, innovation, and alignment with business goals.

Scope of Responsibilities

End-to-End Campaign Management

  • Setup, launch, and optimize campaigns across DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Amazon DSP)

  • Monitor pacing, budgets, and key KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, viewability, etc.)

  • Implement A/B testing and real-time performance optimizations

Creative Trafficking

  • Manage ad trafficking in CM360 and push creatives to DSPs

  • Ensure correct tagging, tracking, and QA of assets for seamless delivery and measurement

Reporting

  • Build and deliver detailed performance reports

  • Analyze data to extract insights and make actionable recommendations

  • Collaborate with analytics and account teams to drive transparency and results

Campaign Forecasting

  • Project campaign delivery, spend pacing, and performance estimates

  • Support media planning efforts by leveraging historical data and platform insights

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic media buying and campaign management

  • Expert-level experience with:

    • The Trade Desk

    • Xandr DSP

    • Amazon DSP

    • CM360 (Campaign Manager 360)

    • Integral Ad Science (IAS) or similar brand safety solutions

  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel

  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated success managing campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics across channels

Preferred/Bonus Skills

  • Experience running social campaigns on:

    • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

    • Snapchat

    • YouTube (via Google Ads or DV360)
