Senior Account Manager - Content & Digital
We are looking for a SeniorAccount Manager Content & Digitalto lead client relationships and oversee end-to-end execution of content, design, and influencer-led initiatives across multiple brands. This role sits at the intersection of client servicing, business development, creative operations, and influencer management, ensuring that all deliverables are strategically aligned, high in quality, and executed seamlessly on time.
The ideal candidate brings 67 years of experience in a digital or advertising agency, has strong project management skills, and is comfortable owning both client conversations and internal delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Account Leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brand accounts.
- Lead client discussions, status calls, presentations, and reviews.
- Translate client briefs into clear internal directions for content, design, and influencer teams.
- Proactively manage expectations, timelines, and scope.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, account growth and value addition.
Brand Team & Delivery Management
- Manage internal teams, including content writers, designers, and social media executives.
- Oversee all content calendars, design outputs, and campaign deliverablesto ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
- Must ensure timely delivery of all BAU and campaign-led outputs.
- Maintain high standards of creative and strategic output across accounts.
Influencer Management
- Lead influencer strategy and execution in collaboration with internal teams.
- Identify relevant influencers/creators aligned to brand objectives and audiences.
- Manage influencer briefs, timelines, approvals, and content delivery.
- Must ensure influencer content goes beyond templated formats and delivers strong engagement.
- Track influencer performance and derive learnings for future campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with strategy, performance marketing, production, and external partners as required.
- Coordinate with vendors, creators, and production partners for shoots, films, and special content requirements.
- Manage day-to-day operations smoothly across accounts.
Required Skills & Experience
- Must have 67 years of experiencein a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Experience in client servicing, business development and project management.
- Hands-on experience managing design, content, and influencer deliverables.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and people-management capabilities.
- Clear understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and influencer ecosystems.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality.
