What you will be doing?
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close, including discovery, demos, solution design, negotiation, and contracting.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual ARR targets.
- Manage a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Conduct deep discovery to understand customer pain points, business goals, and success metrics.
- Partner closely with Marketing on ICP refinement, messaging, and campaign feedback.
- Work with Product & Engineering to relay market feedback, feature gaps, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs, renewals, and upsell opportunities,
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain strong executive relationships with customers to drive long-term value.
- Support renewals and expansion conversations as needed.
Desired Profile?
- Bachelors in Engineering/Business/Commerce//Economics or a related field
- 4-6 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a startup or scaling company
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ARR / quota targets
- Experience selling complex, high-value solutions (mid-market or enterprise)
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, ACV, LTV, churn, pipeline coverage
- Familiarity with outbound and inbound sales motions
- Experience working in early-stage or Series A/B startups
- Ability to sell in international markets (US, EMEA, APAC)
