Role Description

This is a leadership role within Maxperiences client-facing function, responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring excellence across high-impact automotive and motorsports experiential programs.


You will act as the primary business owner for key accounts combining commercial sharpness, relationship leadership, and execution oversight. This role demands someone who understands the pace, pressure, and precision of experiential marketing especially within performance automobile environments.


Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Revenue Ownership:

  • Lead and grow strategic automotive & motorsports client accounts
  • Own revenue targets, account profitability, and margin discipline
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partnerships
  • Build long-term, trust-based client relationships

Execution Oversight:

  • Translate client objectives into clear internal briefs for Concept and Operations teams
  • Ensure seamless execution of premium driving experiences, large-format activations, and brand platforms
  • Maintain high standards of delivery across multiple concurrent projects

Commercial & Process Discipline:

  • Drive budgeting accuracy, cost control, and financial accountability
  • Ensure timelines, scopes, and deliverables are tightly managed
  • Implement structured account management processes

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor account managers
  • Create accountability and ownership within the servicing team
  • Act as the bridge between client, concept, and execution teams


What we are looking for

  • 912 years of experience in experiential/event marketing agencies
  • Strong exposure to automotive or performance-led brands (preferred)
  • Proven track record in revenue growth and account management
  • Experience handling high-value experiential campaigns
  • Strong commercial acumen and operational understanding
  • Team leadership experience
