We are looking for a driven and empathetic Academic Counselor (Sales) who can guide prospective students, understand their aspirations, and convert inquiries into enrollments.

Role Overview

The Academic Counselor will be the first point of contact for students and parents. This role combines career guidance, counseling, and consultative sales , ensuring students choose the right program while meeting enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
• Counsel students on courses, curriculum, certifications, and career paths
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments
• Maintain follow-ups and manage the admissions pipeline
• Explain fee structures, batch schedules, and policies clearly
• Coordinate with faculty and operations teams for smooth onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and payments
• Participate in open houses, workshops, and promotional events

Who Were Looking For

• 25 years of experience in academic counseling, education sales, or admissions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a consultative, student-first approach
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp-based communication
• Presentable, confident, and warm personality
• Experience in culinary, hospitality, or premium education institutes is a plus
