What Youll Be Visualising

• Premium villa communities, gated developments, resort residences, clubhouses, and landscapes
• Master plan views, entry statements, streetscapes, amenities, and lifestyle moments
• Exterior and interior visuals that communicate scale, openness, material richness, and livability
• Real estateready visuals for launch campaigns, brochures, hoardings, websites, walkthroughs, and films

Your Core Responsibility

Translate architectural intent into high-impact real estate visuals that help buyers understand:

• How the space feels
• How it functions
• How it elevates everyday living

Without visual noise. Without false promises.

How Youll Work

• Collaborate with architects, planning teams, landscape designers, and marketing
• Convert CAD drawings, layouts, and master plans into compelling visuals
• Ensure visual consistency across sales decks, marketing creatives, and brand assets
• Execute revisions efficiently while protecting the original design logic
• Create visuals that work equally well for approval meetings and customer-facing material

Design Sensibility We Expect

• Strong understanding of real estate scale and massing
• Clean, composed camera angles that explain space clearly
• Realistic lighting that supports time-of-day storytelling
• Natural materials and believable human context
• Preference for timeless, premium visuals over flashy effects

Technical Skillset

• Proficiency in 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender
• Strong rendering expertise using V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion
• Confident handling of large-scale developments and repetitive units
• Solid post-production skills in Photoshop
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD architectural and planning drawings
• Walkthrough / animation experience is an added advantage

Experience Required

• 58 years of experience in real estate or architectural visualization
• Prior exposure to villa projects, gated communities, townships, or hospitality-linked real estate
• A portfolio that shows clarity, consistency, and realism
• Ability to work with tight launch timelines without compromising quality
