Job Summary:

This role entails creating innovative, technically sound, and brand-aligned 3D designs for event setups, stages, booths, and installations while collaborating with teams, ensuring technical accuracy, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining quality standards. The role demands proficiency in industry-standard 3D design software, maintaining brand consistency across all deliverables, and efficient resource management to achieve cost-effective, high-quality outputs.

1.Design Creation:

Conceptualize and create 3D designs for event setups, stages, booths, and installations.

Develop innovative and visually appealing designs that align with client requirements and brand identity.

Ensure designs meet technical feasibility and safety standards.

Collaborate with the event planning team to understand client briefs and project requirements.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate 3D designs into event plans.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure client satisfaction.

Stay updated with the latest 3D modelling and rendering software tools and techniques.

Demonstrate AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar software proficiency.

Optimize designs for efficiency in production and installation without compromising on quality.

Ensure that all 3D designs align with the client's brand guidelines and event theme.

Consistently incorporate brand colours, logos, and visual elements into the designs for brand recognition and consistency.

Monitor adherence to brand standards across all design deliverables.

Efficiently manage resources such as time, software licenses, and external vendors to optimise project outcomes.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to procure necessary materials and resources for design execution.

Minimize resource wastage and strive for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Conduct thorough quality checks on 3D models and renderings to ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications.

Identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies in the design before final delivery.

Implement best practices for file organisation and version control to maintain a streamlined workflow and minimise errors.

Actively seek professional development and skill enhancement opportunities in 3D design and related fields.

Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Share knowledge and insights with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of design specifications, revisions, and project milestones.

Generate regular reports on project progress, including design status, timelines, and resource utilisation.
