Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior 3D Interactive Experience & Configurator Developer role, based in Pune. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art 3D interactive experiences and product configurators. Tasks include designing and implementing responsive interfaces, programming and fine-tuning features, and collaborating with a cross-functional team of designers and developers. The role also involves troubleshooting, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring seamless functionality across devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive 3D experiences for web and real-time platforms
• Build 3D product configurators with logic, variants, materials, and animations
• Optimize 3D assets for performance, real-time rendering, and web delivery
• Collaborate with designers, animators, and engineering teams
• Integrate 3D experiences with UI, APIs, and backend systems
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Participate in solution design, technical planning, and client discussions

Required Skills & Experience

• 47 years of hands-on experience in 3D interactive development
• Strong experience with Three.js / WebGL / Babylon.js or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of 3D pipelines (modeling, texturing, lighting, optimization)
• Experience working with GLTF / GLB / USD or similar real-time formats
• JavaScript expertise with a strong grasp of performance optimization
• Experience developing interactive product configurators is a big plus
• Familiarity with WebXR / AR / VR concepts is desirable
• Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions

Good to Have

• Experience with industrial, engineering, or manufacturing visualization
• Knowledge of Unity / Unreal (real-time workflows)
• Exposure to React / UI integration with 3D
• Understanding of UX principles for interactive experiences
