Job Overview:

We are looking for a Semi Qualified Company Secretary to support our Secretarial team in handling corporate governance, regulatory filings, and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Good Knowledge in secretarial filings, and ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliance

Draft and review board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and statutory registers

Handle filings with MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs), SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory bodies

Support in ESOP documentation, shareholder agreements & other corporate legal formalities

Stay updated on Company Law, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely compliance

Assist in due diligence, annual filings, and corporate restructuring activities

Handling Dematerialisation of Securities

Handling investments via Rights issue or Private placement route

Requirements:

Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013, and corporate governance

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and MCA portal

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
