Role Description

Were looking for a driven SEM Specialist to manage Google Ads campaigns and drive SEO growth. If you love working remotely, enjoy optimizing campaigns for ROI, and want to see your work directly impact business growth, this is the role for you!

Youll focus on SEO, Google Ads, and online growth strategies, coordinating with developers for on-page and off-page SEO, while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results.

23 years (hands-on SEO + Google Ads)

Salary

20,000 25,000 / month (Based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO

Implement on-page SEO and coordinate with developers for technical/off-page SEO

Track performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and Search Console

Improve landing pages, ad creatives, and conversion rates

Monitor trends and competitor activity to suggest growth opportunities

Prepare simple weekly/monthly performance reports

What Were Looking For

23 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads + SEO

Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, campaign optimization

ROI-focused, analytical, and result-driven

Experience with GA4, Search Console, and basic analytics

Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

Good English communication skills
