SEM Associate

Job Description:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels, including Google Search & Display, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop and manage ROI-driven campaigns focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Create compelling and engaging ad copy for digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze performance marketing metrics to optimize conversion funnels.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing (SEM).
• Generate and present detailed SEM reports to assess campaign performance.
• Utilize website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Manage app install campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to implement strategies that enhance organic search rankings.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in running digital marketing campaigns across Google Search & Display, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and online customer acquisition.
• Proven experience in running ROI-driven campaigns for lead generation.
• Basic copywriting skills are essential.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
• Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture)
• Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
• Experience in running App Install Campaigns is a plus
• Knowledge & Experience in SEO is a plus
