SELENIUM Test Automation Engineer

We are hiring Test Automation Engineer (Selenium) for a leading MNC client through Crown Solutions.

Key Details:

Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years of relevant Selenium Testing experience

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days maximum (post selection confirmation)

Job Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Interview: Shortlisted candidates must attend a virtual client interview on 7th March (slots will be provided)

Mode of Engagement: Contract-to-Hire via Crown Solutions

Work Mode: Work from Office (mandatory)

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Only candidates who can onboard via Crown Solutions as Contract-to-Hire should apply.

2. Minimum 4 years of Selenium Testing RELEVANT experience is required.

3. Attending the virtual interview on 7th March is mandatory if shortlisted.

4. Background Verification (BGV) documents are compulsory: Educational, Employment, Address ID Proof, and PF/UAN number for onboarding.

5. Notice period must be Immediate to 7 days, or maximum 15 days.

6. Work from Office is mandatory.

Required Skills

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications. Youll collaborate closely with developers, QA analysts, and DevOps teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline and drive quality across the software development lifecycle.

Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and automation frameworks

Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#

Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

Familiarity with version control systems like Git

Understanding of Agile methodologies and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured is a plus

ISTQB or equivalent testing certification

Exposure to BDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow

Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python/C#

Develop and maintain test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria

Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with developers to resolve issues

Maintain test documentation and contribute to test planning and estimation
