Job Summary
We are seeking a Performance Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Appdynamics Jmeter and Java along with domain experience in Product Lifecycle Management. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can analyze and optimize system performance ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
Analyze system performance using Appdynamics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.Utilize Jmeter to conduct performance testing and ensure system reliability under various load conditions.Develop and maintain Java-based performance testing scripts to simulate real-world scenarios.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance requirements and translate them into actionable plans.Monitor and report on system performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Troubleshoot performance issues and work with development teams to implement solutions.Ensure that performance testing aligns with the overall product lifecycle management strategy.Provide detailed documentation of performance testing processes and results.Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies to continuously improve testing practices.Participate in code reviews to ensure performance considerations are integrated into the development process.Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and recommend corrective actions.Communicate performance testing results and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Support the development of performance testing frameworks and best practices.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Appdynamics for performance monitoring and analysis.Demonstrate proficiency in using Jmeter for performance testing.Have solid experience in Java programming for developing performance testing scripts.Exhibit knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and its impact on system performance.Show excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
