Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. You will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow to ensure the security of our organization's systems and data. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Implement and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow to manage user identities and access controls. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures. - Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and address potential risks. - Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting investigations and implementing remediation measures. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices. - Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training programs for employees. - Provide technical guidance and support to other team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with identity and access management systems. - Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and best practices. - Knowledge of network security protocols and technologies. - Experience with security incident response and management. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
