Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. You will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in infrastructure security vulnerability management operations to ensure the security of the organization's systems and data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, implement security measures, and respond to security incidents. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to continuously enhance the organization's security posture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks. - Implement security measures to protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. - Monitor and analyze security events and incidents to detect and respond to potential threats. - Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security vulnerabilities. - Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards. - Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to continuously enhance the organization's security posture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Security Vulnerability Management Operations. - Strong understanding of security principles, concepts, and best practices. - Experience with security tools and technologies such as vulnerability scanners, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls. - Knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, and network security. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Security Vulnerability Management Operations. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - Related qualifications and certifications are required.
