Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. You will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) to ensure the security of the organization's systems and data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and mitigate risks. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Implement and manage Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security measures. - Perform security assessments and vulnerability testing. - Develop and maintain security policies and procedures. - Monitor and investigate security incidents and breaches. - Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. - Assist in incident response and recovery efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory. - Strong understanding of security principles and best practices. - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). - Experience with security assessment tools and techniques. - Familiarity with network security protocols and technologies. - Ability to analyze and interpret security logs and events. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
