Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. You will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Azure Active Directory to implement security measures and ensure the integrity of systems and data. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Implement security measures to protect enterprise systems, applications, and data. - Monitor and analyze security systems to identify and respond to potential threats. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures. - Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices. - Assist in incident response and recovery efforts in the event of a security breach. Skills: Azure AD, AAD, Entra,Venafi, TLS Protect, Zero Touch PKI, Certification, ADCS - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all AD, AAD, Entra and certification programs, requirements, and processes - Serve as the primary point of contact for all certification inquiries - Manage the development and implementation of new certification programs and AD, AAD, Entra operations. - Oversee the maintenance of existing certification programs - Develop and oversee the budget for all certification activities - Monitor and report on certification program metrics - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of certification programs with company goals and objectives - identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed - Write and revise certification policies and procedures - Train staff on certification processes and procedures - Conduct audits of certification programs - Maintain records of all certified individuals Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Active Directory. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud. - Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and technologies. - Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls. - Knowledge of network security concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, VPN, and SSL/TLS. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks, such as GDPR and HIPAA. - Basic scripting/programming language skills Java, PERL, PowerShell - Must currently possess a Secret clearance and be able to obtain a TOP SECRET level security clearance - Must possess a thorough understanding of all aspects of operations and technologies - Should be able to multitask and work well under pressure - Must stay abreast of industry developments and applicable Government regulations Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Active Directory. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Ready to work in 24*7 - Flexible to cross skill & Upskill - Comfortable to lead/mentor people - Good communication skills
