Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. You will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in infrastructure security vulnerability management operations to ensure the security of our systems and assets. You will collaborate with teams, analyze vulnerabilities, and implement effective security measures to mitigate risks and protect our organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and oversee vulnerability management operations to identify and assess security vulnerabilities. - Analyze vulnerability scan results and prioritize remediation efforts. - Implement and maintain vulnerability management tools and processes. - Develop and deliver vulnerability assessment reports and recommendations. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices. - Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and measures. - Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations. - Train and educate employees on security best practices and awareness. - Contribute to incident response and investigation activities. - Participate in security audits and assessments. - Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Security Vulnerability Management Operations. - Experience with Microsoft Purview. - Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies. - Knowledge of network security, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security technologies. - Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and techniques. - Experience in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. - Ability to analyze and interpret vulnerability scan results. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. -Make an assessment, and impact analysis of the infrastructure vulnerabilities X using Microsoft tools -Create action plan for remediation Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Security Vulnerability Management Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 year full time education is required. -Ready to work in Australian business hours (AEST)
