"Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. Your typical day will involve managing the delivery of OneTrust Privacy Management solutions and ensuring data privacy protection for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability, with a focus on OneTrust Privacy Management solutions. - Develop compliance framework and standard reporting using OneTrustthat can be adopted for different regulationsand offers out of box reports - Enable identification of data sources, types and flows within Rabobank using OneTrustdata mapping solution - Implement automated DSAR management solution using OneTrust to handle data subject requests efficiently, including access and deletion requests - Establish regulatory monitoring process - Develop clear integration strategy with existing systems e.g., Collibra - Develop automated processes and operating model to keep platform updated - Development and implementation knowledge on different OnetRust Miodules like DSAR, Incidenty Mangemnet, Data mapping, Policy managemnet - Ensure data privacy protection for our clients by implementing and managing OneTrust Privacy Management solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in data privacy protection and OneTrust Privacy Management solutions, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in OneTrust Privacy Management solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Data Privacy Protection. - Experience in leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. - Strong understanding of project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Solid grasp of data privacy protection and OneTrust Privacy Management solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in OneTrust Privacy Management solutions. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data privacy protection solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
