Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for applying security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Your typical day will involve providing services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats using Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations and SailPoint IdentityIQ. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations processes and procedures. - Provide technical expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, including installation, configuration, and customization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. - Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. - Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations, SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other IAM tools such as Okta, Ping Identity, or CyberArk. - Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and best practices. - Experience with security assessments and audits. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful security solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
