Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. You will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) to ensure the security of the organization's systems and data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and mitigate risks. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and mitigate risks. - Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture. - Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions. - Conduct security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential risks and recommend remediation strategies. - Participate in incident response activities and provide support in investigating security incidents. - Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures. - Conduct security awareness training sessions for employees to promote a culture of security. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of security tools and technologies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define security requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong understanding of security principles, concepts, and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing access control mechanisms. - Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and LDAP. - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST. - Experience in conducting security assessments and vulnerability testing. - Knowledge of security incident response procedures and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
