Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. You will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations to ensure the security of our organization's systems and data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and mitigate risks. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to enhance our security posture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and mitigate risks. - Utilize your expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations to ensure the security of our organization's systems and data. - Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to enhance our security posture. - Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures. - Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - Strong understanding of security principles, concepts, and best practices. - Experience with security technologies and tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
