Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for applying security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Your typical day will involve conducting security penetration testing and providing services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Roles & Responsibilities: - Conduct security penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats to enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. - Design and implement security solutions to protect against cyber threats, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and security information and event management systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. - Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on security best practices and policies, including conducting security awareness training and developing incident response plans. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in security penetration testing. - Must To Have Skills: Knowledge of security best practices and policies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and security information and event management systems. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of security compliance standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST. - Strong understanding of network and system security principles. - Experience with vulnerability assessment and management tools. - Experience with security incident response and management. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in security penetration testing. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with relevant security certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, or OSCP. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
