Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. You will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations to ensure the security of our organization's systems and data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and mitigate risks. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to enhance our security posture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and controls. - Monitor and analyze security events and incidents to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. - Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. - Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines. - Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - Strong understanding of security principles, concepts, and best practices. - Experience with security technologies and tools, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, and firewalls. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. - Experience in incident response and handling security incidents. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security technologies, such as AWS IAM or Azure AD. - Familiarity with security frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
