Summary: As a Security Delivery Practitioner, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing security requirements, implementing security controls, and conducting security testing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze security requirements and define security controls. - Design and build security components to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations. - Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures. - Stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices. - Assist in developing and implementing security policies and procedures. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members in security compliance management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Compliance Management. - Collaborate with PMO Lead, Application Security, Security Operation - implementation, rollout, and enhancement of security processes through Wiki, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence - Collaborate with the Security Program Management team - Maintain security team's SharePoint and intranet sites, manage documentation, and create and update wiki pages for projects and teams - Build out new Jira workflows and Confluence spaces - Strong understanding of security standards and regulations. - Experience in implementing security controls and conducting security testing. - Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST. - Familiarity with security technologies and tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with security incident response and management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Security Compliance Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
