Summary: As a Security Delivery Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. Your typical day will involve working with IAM tools and technologies, analyzing and resolving security incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our organization's assets. Roles & Responsibilities: -Incident and problem analysis, resolution -Identify, assess, and resolve complex issues/problems within own area of responsibility -Resolve specific customer problems when the problem cannot be resolved by the first or second level of support professionals -Interact with technical personnel and other teams as required -Initiate escalation procedure to resolve incidents -Appropriately inform and advise management on incidents and incident resolution -Produce service level reports -Application Stabilization and enhancement -Implements continuous improvement measures / enhancements on daily basis -Perform impact analysis of the releases on Identity Access Management system -Platform upgrade support -Involves with specialist user and support groups -Plans and leads implementations -Represents the team for technical issues -Provides direction for the team Professional & Technical Skills: -Undertake complex problem diagnosis for applications and infrastructure areas -Knowledge of Simulation Environment to reproduce issues, and prepare the resolution -Experience performing root cause analysis and resolution -Strong Identity Access Management product experience (Active directory) -Knowledgeable in performance tuning -Good verbal & written communication, technical document writing -Customer orientation skills -Good knowledge of Operating System Internals . Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, MCP, ITIL
