Summary: As a Security Delivery Practitioner, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our organization's systems and data. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing security requirements, implementing security solutions, and conducting security testing. You will also contribute to the development of security policies and procedures, as well as provide guidance and support to junior team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Conduct security assessments and identify vulnerabilities in systems and applications. - Develop and implement security controls and measures to protect against threats and attacks. - Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify potential security incidents. - Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations to determine the root cause and implement remediation measures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - Experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions. - Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management. - Experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth. - Good understanding of security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A BE or Btech degree is required.
