Summary: As a Security Delivery Practitioner, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing security requirements, implementing security controls, and conducting security testing. You will also contribute to the development of security policies and procedures, as well as provide guidance and support to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Assist in defining requirements for security components. - Design and build security components based on defined requirements. - Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses. - Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations. - Contribute to the development of security policies and procedures. - Provide guidance and support to the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Compliance Management. - Collaborate with PMO Lead, Application Security, Security Operation - implementation, rollout, and enhancement of security processes through Wiki, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence - Collaborate with the Security Program Management team - Maintain security team's SharePoint and intranet sites, manage documentation, and create and update wiki pages for projects and teams - Build out new Jira workflows and Confluence spaces - Strong understanding of security standards and regulations. - Experience in implementing security controls and measures. - Knowledge of security testing methodologies and tools. - Familiarity with security policies and procedures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with security incident response. - Experience in conducting security audits and assessments. - Knowledge of security risk management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Security Compliance Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
