Summary: As a Security Delivery Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts related to Identity Access Management (IAM). Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Active Directory AD, Public Key Infrastructure, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions for clients, utilizing Microsoft Active Directory AD, Public Key Infrastructure, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of IAM solutions, including working with project managers, developers, and security analysts. - Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements and provide recommendations for IAM solutions that meet their needs, while adhering to industry best practices and compliance standards. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to IAM solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in IAM technologies and industry trends, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Active Directory AD, Public Key Infrastructure, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other IAM solutions such as Okta, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock. - Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies, including authentication, authorization, and access control. - Experience with IAM integration with other enterprise systems, such as HR and finance systems. - Experience with IAM compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful IAM solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
