Summary: As a Security Delivery Practitioner, you will be responsible for defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts related to Identity Access Management (IAM). Your typical day will involve working with IAM technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure access to resources. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions for clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design security components, including access controls, authentication mechanisms, and authorization policies. - Conduct security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate potential security risks, utilizing tools such as Nessus, Qualys, and Metasploit. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to security policies and procedures. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in security technologies and best practices, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Security Architecture Design. - Strong understanding of security concepts and principles, including access controls, authentication mechanisms, and authorization policies. - Experience in conducting security assessments and vulnerability testing, utilizing tools such as Nessus, Qualys, and Metasploit. - Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Solid grasp of security policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful security solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
