Summary: As an Infrastructure Service Management professional in the Security Delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve leveraging our global delivery capability, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). - Manage project timelines, ensuring successful project delivery within budget and scope. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders. - Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Program Project Management. - Experience in leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to identify and mitigate project risks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
