Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and providing guidance to the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs deep-dive incident analysis and timely response to the client. 2. Verify and Troubleshoot the issues of Zscaler(ZIA/ZPA) 3. Install, configuration & troubleshooting of Zscaler(ZIA/ZPA) 4. Creation of process documentation (SOPs)) and Runbooks. 5. Report creation & validation 6. RCA preparation for the high priority incidents 7. Should have good communication skills to interact with customer . Technical Experience: 1. Knowledge of Network Security concepts. 2. Sound knowledge of Zscaler(ZIA/ZPA) 3. Install, configuration of Zscaler(ZIA/ZPA) 4. Reporting and Client interactions. Professional Attributes: 1: Good verbal communication skills to connect with customers 2: Ability to operate independently 3.Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts. 4.The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing ZPA/ZIA. 5. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Checkpoint Next Generation Firewall. Additional Information: Good to have certifications of Zscaler private access etc.
