Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, utilizing our method, tools, training, and assets. Your role will involve overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-implementation support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality security solutions. We are seeking a skilled Cisco IronPort Administrator/Engineer to manage and maintain our organization's email and web security appliances with good knowledge of firewall technology like PaloAlto and Cisco ASA. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Cisco IronPort devices to ensure the security and integrity of email and web traffic. This role involves collaborating with IT security teams to implement and enforce security policies, respond to incidents, and maintain the overall health of the IronPort systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. - Utilize the global delivery capability, including method, tools, training, and assets. - Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-implementation support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality security solutions. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Install, configure, and maintain Cisco IronPort Email Security Appliances (ESA) and Web Security Appliances (WSA). Configure email filters, spam detection, anti-virus, anti-phishing, and encryption policies. Set up Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to secure sensitive information. Apply system patches, updates, and upgrades to ensure system stability and security. Monitor system performance and analyze log files to detect potential threats or issues. Troubleshoot email delivery issues and ensure the smooth functioning of email flow. Respond to security incidents and resolve issues in a timely manner. Develop and enforce email security policies, web traffic filtering rules, and acceptable usage policies. Manage URL filtering, malware protection, and content filtering for web traffic. Work with the IT security team to review and adjust security settings based on emerging threats. Work closely with network and security teams to ensure cohesive threat detection and response mechanisms. Provide end-user support and training related to email/web security. Document processes, procedures, and security configurations. Generate and analyze security reports for email and web traffic. Document configurations, changes, and system performance for audit purposes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Security Architecture. - Strong understanding of security principles, frameworks, and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing secure cloud architectures. - Knowledge of cloud security technologies and solutions. - Experience in conducting security assessments and audits. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with security compliance standards and regulations. - Experience in incident response and security incident management. 5+ years of Experience with Cisco IronPort Email Security Appliances (ESA) and Web Security Appliances (WSA). Strong knowledge of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3), DNS, and web security concepts. Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention (DLP), anti-virus, anti-spam, and encryption technologies. Experience with email authentication mechanisms such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, firewall management, and security practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex email/web security issues. Understanding of malware analysis, threat detection, and response techniques. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in Security is desirable Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Security Architecture. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Bachelor or college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
