Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and delivering high-quality security services to our clients. Your role will involve managing the project team, collaborating with multiple teams, and making key decisions to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Manage and oversee the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects - Ensure the successful execution of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives - Make key decisions and provide guidance to the project team - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders - Ensure the delivery of high-quality security services to clients - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team - Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes and methodologies - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in security delivery - Mentor and coach junior professionals to enhance their skills and capabilities Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Delivery Governance - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Project Program & Portfolio Governance - Strong understanding of security delivery processes and methodologies - Experience in leading and delivering security services projects - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in security delivery - Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and controlling - Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities - Experience in mentoring and coaching junior professionals Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance - This position is based at our Kolkata office - A Bachelors or higher degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required
