Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and delivering high-quality security solutions to our clients. Your typical day will involve overseeing project activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing guidance and support to project team members. You will also be involved in client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. - Ensure successful execution of projects and delivery of high-quality security solutions. - Oversee project activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Provide guidance and support to project team members. - Interact with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. - Drive continuous improvement in project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Penetration Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network security tools and technologies. - Strong understanding of security vulnerabilities and attack vectors. - Experience in conducting security assessments and penetration testing. - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO). - Familiarity with security testing methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret security assessment findings. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Security Penetration Testing. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A BE/BTECH/MTECH degree is required.
