Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and delivering high-quality security solutions to our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. - Leverage our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). - Ensure the successful execution of projects. - Deliver high-quality security solutions to our clients. - Manage and collaborate with the team to perform effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC), SAP S4 HANA ECC BTP Network and Cloud security, Indepth knowledge of SoD Risk Mgmt Compliance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP GRC BusinessObjects, SAP Security Cloud Applications. - Strong understanding of security governance, risk management, and compliance. - Experience in implementing and managing SAP security solutions. - Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA ECC BTP Network and Cloud security. - Familiarity with SoD (Segregation of Duties) risk management and compliance. - Ability to analyze and assess security risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
