Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary: As a Security managerial lead you are expected to have strong understanding of SAST, SCA, DAST, Secret Scanning, DevSecOps from technical side and strong presentation, Agile practices and team management from management side. You will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project execution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Manage and oversee the delivery of Security Services projects - Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements - Lead and mentor team members - Identify and mitigate project risks - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices - Conduct quality assurance checks on project deliverables - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Static Application Security Testing (SAST) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), DevOps, DevOps Architecture - Strong understanding of application security principles and best practices - Experience in conducting security assessments and vulnerability testing - Knowledge of secure coding practices and common security vulnerabilities - Familiarity with security testing tools and techniques - Ability to analyze and interpret security test results - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Static Application Security Testing (SAST) - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A 15 years full time education is required
