Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and maintaining high-quality standards in security delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. - Ensure successful execution of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Maintain high-quality standards in security delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks and issues. - Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Delivery Governance. - Strong understanding of security delivery methodologies and best practices. - Experience in managing and delivering security projects. - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with security risk assessment and management. - Familiarity with security tools and technologies. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
