Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project execution. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure successful implementation and delivery of Security Services projects - Manage the team and allocate resources effectively - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and milestones - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery - Identify and mitigate project risks - Ensure adherence to project budgets and financial targets - Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders - Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness - Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication - Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Fortinet FortiGate Firewall - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network security technologies - Strong understanding of security principles and best practices - Experience in designing and implementing security solutions - Knowledge of network protocols and technologies - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards - Ability to analyze and interpret security logs and events - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Fortinet FortiGate Firewall - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
