Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, and leveraging global delivery capabilities, including methods, tools, training, and assets to achieve project goals. You will engage with stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure that security standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud BDC. - Strong understanding of identity governance and administration. - Experience in project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex security issues. - Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations related to identity management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
