Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and providing guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve overseeing project implementation, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. - Leverage our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). - Ensure the successful execution of projects. - Provide guidance and support to the team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements. - Oversee project implementation and monitor progress. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality security services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). - Strong understanding of security information and event management (SIEM) operations. - Experience in analyzing security events and incidents. - Knowledge of security monitoring tools and technologies. - Familiarity with security incident response processes. - Ability to identify and mitigate security risks. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
