Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and delivering high-quality security solutions to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team to achieve project objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. - Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables. - Provide technical guidance and support to the project team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks and issues. - Ensure the successful execution of projects and delivery of high-quality security solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Web Application Firewall (WAF). - Strong understanding of security principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing security solutions. - Knowledge of network security technologies and protocols. - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Web Application Firewall (WAF). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
