Roles & Responsibilities MSS Solutioning Lead/ Lead Solution Architect is responsible for offering development, positioning, technical build oversight, sales and deployment of security solutions in collaboration with project teams and close collaborations with the Central IM / Cyber teams. The role will be core member of security as a service practice team driving growth and adoption. o Managed security services solutioning and delivery / Asset Development /Sec-As-A service /MSS service design and asset/platform design o Offering GTM design, pricing, partner evaluation and market development o Accountability for sales /solutioning / delivery support of engagements/projects for global clients o Development and execution of plans to grow the practice Pipeline, revenue, depth of skills/talent and expertise in offerings o Collaborate with Leads across practices and in market units to increase the uptake/embedding of offerings o Develop/enhance GTM actions to increase the penetration of offerings in new and existing clients. o Thought leadership and industry / Analyst positioning o Create and modify the Technology Architecture for encompassing client requirements and best practices o Represent in internal and external brand development activities o Review and support to shape, strategic sales opportunities o Maintain operational rigor for solution development, sales performance o Team and development management o Be part of the deployment in client engagement as needed o Passion for Hands on work in cybersecurity while being in a lead role Professional & Technical Skills: 16 -25 years Industry experience, predominantly in Cybersecurity, Automation, Client facing solutioning and sales, deployment experience Industry leading certifications- CISSP, CISM, CRISC (Optional) Executive presence and articulation - to engage with global CISO/client & internal stakeholders Good communication and articulation on Security topics, with security and non-security stakeholders Proven experience and career record of managing a practice, accountable for business metrics for growth e.g talent, offerings development etc. And experience in client engagement delivery and active contributor to thought leadership Conceptualize asset and platform lead business / Partner Solutions Good understanding of modern technology /Automation/platform architecture Depth in one or more areas from below: o Cybersecurity Enterprise services and observability o IAM, Cloud security o Attack Surface Management Additional information o SOC etc.
