Roles & Responsibilities Capability Lead IAM/ MxDR/ Cloud and AI is responsible for offering development, Delivery, technical build oversight, sales and deployment of security solutions under the capability in collaboration with project teams and close collaborations with the Central IM / Cyber teams. The role will be for the security as a service practice team driving growth and adoption. o Managed security services solutioning and delivery / Asset Development /Sec-As-A service /MSS service design and asset/platform design o Experience with managing Delivery and capability building for IAM/ MxDR/ Cloud and AI cohorts with a strong foundational background in security o Offering GTM design, pricing, partner evaluation and market development o Accountability for sales /solutioning / delivery support of engagements/projects for global clients o Development and execution of plans to grow the practice Pipeline, revenue, depth of skills/talent and expertise in offerings o Collaborate with Leads across practices and in market units to increase the uptake/embedding of offerings o Create and modify the Technology Architecture for encompassing client requirements and best practices o Institutionalize best practices for Delivery organizations and drive teams to create market relevant offerings o Review and support to shape, strategic sales opportunities o Maintain operational rigor for solution development, sales performance o Team and development management o Be part of the deployment in client engagement as needed o Passion for Hands on work in cybersecurity while being in a lead role Professional & Technical Skills 14 -20 years Industry experience, predominantly in Cybersecurity, Automation, Client facing solutioning and sales with deep knowledge of IAM/ MxDR/ Cloud and AI security domains Industry leading certifications- CISSP, CISM, CRISC (Optional) Executive presence and articulation - to engage with global CISO/client & internal stakeholders Good communication and articulation on Security topics, with security and non-security stakeholders Proven experience and career record of managing a practice, accountable for business metrics for growth talent, offerings development and experience in client engagement delivery and active contributor to thought leadership Conceptualize asset and platform lead business / Partner Solutions Good understanding of modern technology /Automation/platform architecture Depth in one or more areas from below: Additional Information o IAM o Cloud security & AI security o MxDR platform experience
