Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, utilizing our method, tools, training, and assets. Your role will involve managing and coordinating the delivery team, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Security Delivery Governance - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Manage and coordinate the delivery team - Ensure successful execution of projects - Utilize our method, tools, training, and assets to deliver projects Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Delivery Governance - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Security Governance - Strong understanding of security delivery governance principles - Experience in leading and managing security services projects - Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in security delivery - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze complex security requirements and provide effective solutions Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
